Fireplace and furnace flue inspections, sweeps, relining and repairs. Exterior chimney (masonry or metal) repairs. We are able to provide all Levels of inspections ( Level 1-3) for your fireplace and or wood stove. We use a video camera if accessible to thouroughly inspect the interior flue liners to help ensure satisfactory condition. Fireplace sweeps and chimney repairs also available. 2. Gutter cleaning which includes downspout flush.** Additional cost may be required if roof sweep is necessary during time of gutter clean** Gutter estimates, repairs and replacement also available 3. Dryer vent sweeps and vent replacement also ** if accessible 4. Power washing also available driveways, patios, decks and siding where accessible. Please inquire within. Service fees: Gutter clean starts at $99.00-250.00+ Chimney Sweep with Level 1 inspection and video scan $150.00 Dryer vent Sweep starts at $99.00-179.00 Power Washing average cost range from $60.00-$250.00 Currently we are also offering Summer discount if you Combine any service offered. Ensuring that your fireplace and or dryer vent are properly inspected regularly is important to your health and safety of the home. Properly maintaining the gutters helps prevent overspill ( waterfall affect) which leads to excessive water build up near the foundation of the home due to clogged or damaged gutters. ***Pictures of the front of home and or of the damaged area are very helpful when providing an offsite quote/ estimate and ensuring we can properly access the roof.*** We strive to provide quality service with competitive pricing.
