- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our clients should know that our estimates are free. Our prices change depending how frequently you want the cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I present myself to my client. We first work out a time for an estimate, either over the phone or in person, we then agree on a price for the cleaning, finally, if the client would like the cleaning we would then set a date and time so I can arrive and clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My 19 years of experience in this line of work help tremendously to clean a home efficiently and effectively.
