My husband and I loved working with Mrs. Rochelle Toyer, for pre- marital counseling! It was fun as well as educational. Mrs. Toyer makes you feel comfortable when discussing any topic. She is also very energetic,which really makes you look forward to the next session! The sessions didn't feel scripted,as I hear others describe their counseling sessions. If you are thinking of using Mrs. Toyer services, you will not be disappointed!

Rev.Toyer officiated my wedding on January 16, 2010. She made sure everything was special, personal, and professionally orchestrated. Even though we are childhood friends, I couldn't have let anyone else perform the ceremony. She truly is a blessing in my life and anyone else's she touches.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$150 wedding, $100 (per) premarital counseling session, $125 individual counseling, $150 couples counseling, $200 rehearsal and wedding
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes as a part of the work I do and the licensure I hold I must attend at least 40 hours of training/CEUs a year.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Decided over 30+ years ago that I no longer wanted to be a Mathematician. So I pursued a degree to help others. Received degrees, licensures and experience which has brought me to this place of providing services to those in need.
