FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is scoped to what it actually needs - crew size, shoot days, and editing depth drive the number. A single-camera interview day and a three-camera conference are different animals, so we quote after a short conversation, not from a menu. No hidden fees: travel inside the DMV is included, and you approve the full scope before anything is booked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation about what you're trying to say and where the video will live. From there we send a clear scope and quote, lock dates, and handle the production plan - locations, interviews, gear, schedule. You get a rough cut to react to, we refine it together, and final delivery includes every format you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
16+ years directing, shooting, and editing professionally - director, DP, editor, and colorist. FAA Part 107 certified for drone operations, including waivers for controlled DC airspace. The craft was built on documentary work, which is why our corporate video doesn't feel like corporate video.
