- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system for taxes or insurance, as everyone's situation is unique. We do have standard pricing for credit repair, but offer many different options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we meet face-to-face, but that is not necessary. All communication and services can be done via phone, fax, email. We tend to treat our customers more like family. Taxes, credit, and other financial information are personal and your information is held in strict confidence. We want this relationship to last a long time, so that you don't have to share your information with different people each year. Our goal is to see you and your family reach your financial goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Business Administration with heavy emphasis on accounting and finance.
