He responded promptly and did a great job on doing what he could to repair my front screen door. My husband and I were so impressed by his work that we got an estimate for work in our basement from him.

They repaired two holes in my walls and fixed my screen door, and the work was excellent. Everything looks brand new. They were professional, friendly, and made sure the job was done right.
The only downside was scheduling (why I give it 4 out of 5 stars. Johny didn’t arrive at the original time, and even when we rescheduled, the time still changed again. That said, once he arrived, the quality of the work was worth it. Would use his services again.

When I first posted the request I got a call within 30 minutes. I explained my issue and sent him a video showing him g he problem. He gave me a reasonable quote and said he could be here the next day. He arrived promptly, and had both toilets fixed within an hour. I was very pleased with the results and price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
THE PRICES ARE FIXED. ..When we agree on a payment, a contract will be made specifying what will be done in the project and also specifying the payments, which are three for each contract and the client must also know that no payment options are given.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
WHEN I HAVE A NEW CLIENT I LIKE TO GO AND SEE THE WORK IN PERSON SO THAT THE CLIENT KNOWS ME AND HAS MORE CONFIDENCE ABOUT ME
