A#1 Abatement was an excellent choice for my project. I had an abandoned mobile home on a foundation with overgrown weeds that had become TREES and it was all an eyesore (including a dilapidated metal shed, old swing set and an abandoned oil take. The property was a wasteland.
A#1 made short work of it all. They removed the mobile home, surrounding trees, rocks, trash, etc. and cleared/leveled the land at a competitive price.
I am very pleased with the results. Now to find a landscaper...

They were very prompt in responding and produced an estimate within 4 hours. They coordinated with the Insurance company and we received the check in less than 24 hours. They will start the job on Tuesday. If they do well, I'll increase the rating to 5 stars.
