After we agreed on a price and i have made arrangements to be available I sent our agreement via text to confirm all that is needed to be done, date and cost just so we have that noted he now tells me on the day of the job ( last minute ) that I need to pay extra if not he will not show up ..very unprofessional I will not recommend.
