I hired Black Diamond to repair the former icebox in my basement. My home, which is a 1920s rowhome, is a flip. The flippers simply drywalled the walls and tried to play it off like a bonus room. Sure enough, the bonus room is flop - moist, chilly, and utterly different than the rest of the basement. I hired Black Diamond to make the entire basement feel like a more cohesive space and they did exactly that. BD was the fourth contractor that I contracted - I was tired of all the back and forth. BD was straight-forward, fair, and fast. I wanted the work done before Thanksgiving - Not a problem. I wanted an additional area framed out - Not a problem. I wanted a transparent experience - Thankfully, not a problem. The job is done, more than a week before thanksgiving, and my basement looks like one well-thought out space. I would definitely recommend them.

I wanted to finish a large basement with a gym and dance room.
Daniel and his Black Diamond team are all professional craftsmen and completed the entire basement beyond my expectations.
Communication is excellent, walking you through the daily activities, inspecting the work, and making sure you know what the plan is for the next day.
Would definitely use Black Diamond again.
