I needed a second opinion on some work that was suggested to me for my back patio. Fernando came out and diagnosed the actual issue, which had a much easier fix than what the previous contractor told me needed to be done. He is very knowledgeable about older homes in Baltimore City and we discussed some options for future basement improvement. While I have not actually hired Fernando yet, he will be my first choice when I decide to improve my home. Thank you!

My job consisted of having 90 sheets of drywall installed and finished.The crew they sent out had the drywall hung in a day and a half.(2 men)The finishers arrived the next day and had the job mudded in 2 days. One day to sand to a smooth finish.The job was priced at a fair rate.Lago Contracting's crews are hard working and performed all their work in a professional manner. I am very satisfied, and will use their services again.

Mr. Parada contacted me to get a brief overview of my project (dividing wall with door in garage for small room) and sent Francisco to give me an estimate. Our estimate was right on point and we agreed upon the proposal the same day. The contractors were set up to begin my project the very next day at 8:30 a.m. Mr. Francisco and the contractors showed up on time and completed my project in one day as opposed to the two days initially stated. They did an outstanding job. I am really enjoying my new office in the garage. I am now looking at another project and will definitely call Lago Contracting, LLC for their hard earnest work once again. Communication is key, Fernando did a great job of letting me know when he would show up, setting all expectations up front. His guys did quality work, very respectful to the property leaving the jobsite clean. I had a small emergency where the ceiling fell through, the job was completed within 48 hours of our first conversation. Lago Contracting will be my first call from now on for any repairs major or minor. -Federal Hill
