- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer free in-home estimates. Deposit is required to schedule your job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we receive your inquiry, we will call you to schedule a free in-home estimate. During the estimate, we will take the time to meet you, listen to your ideas, and take measurements of the space to be renovated. A quote will be emailed to you and you can approve it or request changes. A customer portal will be set up to make your deposit, schedule your job, and track the progress until completion.
