- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should know that the first cleaning is more harder because we are doing a deep cleaning!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would give them the estimate on the house and then let them tell me what they want to be done so I can tell them what I can do to help them!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always like working in houses mostly cleaning!
