I was so embarrassed to have anyone come. I’ve been without service for a few months and it was a super gigantic mess!!! I work 12 hour days and just couldn’t catch up. It was overwhelming! Rosa is the sweetest and kindest person! She didn’t gloss over my mess, but acknowledged how bad it was but talked about how we could take care of it together without adding any shame. She was delightful and her team worked right away and it is spotless!!!! I will have her coming back on a regular basis!! I’m so glad to have found her.
