Bob came to inspect the house, carefully evaluated what had to be done and explained us in detail the work that he would do. He then send us a very reasonable estimate and came to do the work soon after. He was very kind throughout the process and even offered to work around the nap time of our daughter not to make too much noise. He completed the work in half a day with his helper that also left the area clean and tidy. We would recommend Bob for great insulation work at a good price!

Bob and the H.E.L.P. team brought over 20 years of experience too insulating and updating an attic for a 1930's cape cod. The insulation made a difference in the warmth factor immediately. He answered every question and made suggestions that helped to reduce the overall cost. I Highly recommend the H.E.L.P. team.

This company is absolutely the best. First Bob, the actual company owner came to inspect the insulation job I needed done. That usually doesn’t happen. Bob explained what I needed in layman’s terms which is important for a new home buyer. The estimate was MORE THAN REASONABLE so I went with this company. The insulators were great guys and did a WONDERFUL job and a great clean-up. If you need insulation done, this is the company for you. You can’t beat a family owned and operated business when it comes to customer service and Bob and his team are the BEST!!!!

Since HELP is a Small Business our lower overhead can be passed on to our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
HELP prefers to chat with the customer 1st to make sure to Comforting Retrofits we offer are a good fit for them, before doing a free Estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has ~40 yrs in the Home Comforting Field & was the 1st to be BPI Certified. All HELPers are also Nationally Certified.
