- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on ,breed ,size ,and temperament. We encourage our clients to stay on a regular 4 to 7 week grooming schedule to encourage this we offer a free groom to those who have there dogs groomed 7 times a year . We also offer a bath club for a monthly charge you can bring your dog into our shop as many times as need for a bath and nail trim
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients will be asked if pet is current with rabies shot . We will ask a few questions where they are located if they are looking to use our mobile service or would like to come into our salon . We will ask breed and size of pet and then get you set up with a appointment that works for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All groomers have received training and continue to receive grooming courses and safety classes.
