She has helped me and my Chesapeake lab, Bess, overcome dog-dog aggression. I also use Leslie for dog sitting and visits while I'm at work. The dogs are relaxed and happy when I arrive home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes absolutely! I belong to the Pet Professional Guild, an international force free organization for people with pets, from all walks of life. They have webinars on a regular basis and I register for most of them. I also read a great deal.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a professional dog trainer also. It made sense to offer a quality pet sitting service to existing clients and branch out. I know I like to know worry when I am away from my own pets and want to provide that for all pet owners.
What types of customers have you worked with?
DogSmith of Upper Eastern Shore provides a wide variety of pet sitting services. Our most frequent service is providing a mid-day play and potty break, so busy pet owners arrive home to a happy pet. Yes You CAN Leave Home Without Them! DogSmith provides customized Away From Home services so you can experience a Worry Free Vacation. Our Over Night service, where WE stay in your home, is very popular.
