- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a standard pricing for handyman services and the majority of the time I charge a flat $40 hr. and Estimates are provided for larger scale improvement work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well it starts with a phone call, most of my customers are referrals. Second, if its a handyman service call. I can meet the customer on a scheduled day to perform the work. Larger Jobs will require me to see what the intentions are , measure and compile a quote for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With an ever changing world I strive to stay on top of the latest trends. My background, I've completed some college, attended several business/ home improvement seminars. I am also a career firefighter for 23 years which helped to define my personal standards for excellence.
