About
For me, it's not about the money and trying to charge a lot for your services, but the satisfaction in having the perfect menu for everyone to enjoy and seeing that you have exceeded peoples expectations at their events. I enjoy seeing people happy with the choices of food that I have made for them. My favorite place to cook was Camp Wright with about 200 campers and staff at every meal. It's a place where you have to be creative with a menu for everyone.

I highly recommend Shore is Delicious, Catering by Teresa. I contracted with Teresa to cater an after (Wedding) reception party at my house in Gambrills. Teresa was extremely helpful in helping me decide what menu would be appropriate, providing suggestions and alternatives during the planning process. Teresa was very easy to get a hold of when needed, and responded with the answers to my questions very quickly. A majority of the food that Teresa served to my 65 guests was hand made, and it was absolutely delicious! Teresa's cooking skills and ability to create a balanced menu were impressive. Teresa and her crew were on time, and had the area set-up and ready to go by the time my guests started to arrive after the wedding reception. She went out of her way by providing tasteful table coverings and center pieces, even thought I did not ask for those. The quality of her work was excellent! Aside from the delicious food, the most impressive attribute of Teresa's catering service was their willingness to provide the "Complete Service." Teresa prepared all of the food, delivered it, served it and stayed until the end, making sure that the area was 100% clean and in order before she left. In addition, Teresa brought along a crew of helpers that provided anything that was needed to ensure that my guests had a good time. When researching for caterers, this was tough to find. Most wanted to make the food, put it on the tables and go. Not Teresa. In closing, I highly recommend and without reservation Shore is Delicious, Catering by Teresa for anyone's catered event. Everything about Teresa's catering was perfect for our wedding. She worked within our budget to accommodate a wide variety of dietary needs and special requests (including an ice cream bar!). Teresa consistently went above and beyond for us, always responding to our emails and questions within the day and agreeing to do small tasks at the wedding, such as managing our cake cutting! On the day of the wedding, her staff was friendly and professional. We heard rave reviews about the food and would hire Teresa again for any event we were planning!! We cannot recommend her enough for weddings and other events. She is kind, caring, responsive, and professional. Thank you for everything Teresa!!

That was such a wonderful idea and Jen really wanted that so we have no problems ever doing what the bride and groom wants on their special day. Teresa catered my parent's 50th wedding anniversary party. She utilized our Kentucky Derby theme, and provided preview recipes of all dishes served. Communication was excellent. She arrived with her staff on time, and left no cleanup. Dishes were tasty and elegantly served. I would highly recommend Teresa to others in the Virginia area.

I want to thank Teresa and her staff ( Shore Is Delicious Catering ) for making my daughters wedding a success beyond expectations. Everyone ,and I mean everyone ,thought your presentation of the food , your staff and service was great. But most importantly your food was delicious unlike any they have tasted. You are a remarkable cook. What you do and the way you do it is a gift that can not be taught at the level and pride you take in catering. I can not put into words the attention to detail Teresa displays in catering. Teresa and her staff are sharply dressed, professional and courteous. Teresa communicates throughly with her clients to make sure all there needs are met. When dealing with Teresa you can be sure that every I is dotted and T is crossed. My only problem is that there are only five stars to rate her service. Her service is far more superior than five stars. Shore Is Delicious Catering is without a doubt in a league of their own. I would not hesitate to refer or hire Shore Is Delicious Catering in the future. I will say that Teresa’s rates are reasonable, but her service is priceless. There is no doubt she could charge more. When you hire her you will see for yourself she loves what she does with a passion. .On more piece of information I will add. No Teresa didn’t write this review ( Ha Ha or LOL ). Seriously I never knew Teresa before I hired her. Thank you again Teresa for your over the top catering. God Bless Bill. (father of the bride ).

Bill was so caring in making sure that his daughter had the reception she wanted right down to the food. With everything he did it took off the stress from the bride for her day.
