About
For me, it's not about the money and trying to charge a lot for your services, but the satisfaction in having the perfect menu for everyone to enjoy and seeing that you have exceeded peoples expectations at their events. I enjoy seeing people happy with the choices of food that I have made for them. My favorite place to cook was Camp Wright with about 200 campers and staff at every meal. It's a place where you have to be creative with a menu for everyone.

Teresa and her team did a wonderful and delicious job! She is extremely easy to work with and very patient. I hired Teresa to cater my wife's surprise 40th birthday party and could not have been more pleased! I have never thrown a party by myself. This party was at my house and included 80 guests (adults and kids). Teresa worked with me on the menu and was very much open to my suggestions. She, also, offered great advice on ways to improve and finalize the menu. The proof is in the pudding, the guests raved about the food! Choosing Teresa will guaranty you party success (and happy guests)!

We all really enjoyed working with Rob in the menu planning of his wife's 40th surprise birthday party. This was completely out of his comfort zone as Rob had never planned a party like this before. He did such a wonderful job with it and made sure right down to the day before that everything was in order just the way he wanted it. We all enjoyed being part of it as he was such a wonderful person who really loves his wife and wanted something special to be done for her.

I highly recommend Shore is Delicious, Catering by Teresa. I contracted with Teresa to cater an after (Wedding) reception party at my house in Gambrills. Teresa was extremely helpful in helping me decide what menu would be appropriate, providing suggestions and alternatives during the planning process. Teresa was very easy to get a hold of when needed, and responded with the answers to my questions very quickly. A majority of the food that Teresa served to my 65 guests was hand made, and it was absolutely delicious! Teresa's cooking skills and ability to create a balanced menu were impressive. Teresa and her crew were on time, and had the area set-up and ready to go by the time my guests started to arrive after the wedding reception. She went out of her way by providing tasteful table coverings and center pieces, even thought I did not ask for those. The quality of her work was excellent! Aside from the delicious food, the most impressive attribute of Teresa's catering service was their willingness to provide the "Complete Service." Teresa prepared all of the food, delivered it, served it and stayed until the end, making sure that the area was 100% clean and in order before she left. In addition, Teresa brought along a crew of helpers that provided anything that was needed to ensure that my guests had a good time. When researching for caterers, this was tough to find. Most wanted to make the food, put it on the tables and go. Not Teresa. In closing, I highly recommend and without reservation Shore is Delicious, Catering by Teresa for anyone's catered event. The planning, preparation and care taken by Teresa and her crew was fabulous. Tom Doyle

Teresa was the first or one of the first to respond to my email inquiry. She give an estimate, menu, and confirmed availably. She was easy to keep in touch with. Her crew was here and set up properly by the time of the party, clean-up was excellent. The food was very good. Plates and utensils were above average. I liked that the staff picked up empty dishes and utensils in a timely fashion. The set table was very inviting and festive. This was a birthday celebration for my husband. The final count was 45 adults and 6 children. We and our guests were very pleased with everything, and we do like the left overs. The beef lollipops were superb. The veggie shooters were very festive and those stuffed strawberries were fantastic. The fruit screwers were wonderful and also very colorful. Thanks for cutting the cake. My husband was very pleased as well. Would definitely hire her again. Thanks. Marilyn

Teresa and her team were fabulous. I had a Oktoberfest for our community event with around 200 people. From day one Teresa was in constant contact with me. She chose a menu that was spot on. The day of the event she arrived early and brought a total of 7 people. Her staff was all very professional and very willing to work. We had tons of compliments not only on the food but Teresa and her staff. They kept the trays of food full at all times and let us keep all the leftovers. We will absolutely use her for all our future catering needs. We have also received a few messages from residents asking for her information. I’m so happy we chose to hire Shore is delicious.

Teresa catered my parent's 50th wedding anniversary party. She utilized our Kentucky Derby theme, and provided preview recipes of all dishes served. Communication was excellent. She arrived with her staff on time, and left no cleanup. Dishes were tasty and elegantly served. I would highly recommend Teresa to others in the Virginia area.
