Introduction: I’ve been in the trade for nearly 20 years now and enjoy what I do especially when customers complement my work. I don’t cut corners so I make sure everything is up to code. Not only do I do HVAC work, but I also do some plumbing work. For example, I repair or replace water heaters, garbage disposals, leaking water pipes. I also have replaced kitchen and sink faucets. I’m reliable and honest. Why spend a ton of money with larger companies when you can get the same service & equipment for a lot less? Thank you for giving me an opportunity to work in your home.

Russ at RAK was very responsive, came on-site very quickly to address an emergency, and offered honest pricing. Not absurd and opportunistic pricing like many of the other "emergency" HVAC/Plumbing companies with their colorful vans charge. And he'll stay in touch with you for years to keep your system in good condition. I'll be calling him again and again.

Russ was a pleasure to deal with. He accommodated our schedule changes without hesitation and was very informative throughout the process. There were the typical few unforeseen conditions that came up but he was very up front about the items and ended up saving us money by no longer needing to replace a part. Mr. Russ A. Knight from RAK Heating & Air Conditioning helped me get my HVAC system replaced with a brand new HVAC system. I was extremely impressed and pleased with his ability, technical expertise, knowledge of manufacturer equipment, responsiveness, flexibility, reasonableness and customer service. The services of his company (a small business) were excellent for my HVAC system repairs and replacement projects. Mr. Russ Knight also previously helped me by servicing and resolving a few complex issues with my previous archaic HVAC system that involved replacing some parts (purchased from the manufacturer) and getting it to function well again. He helped me just in time during seasonal extremities and made way for me to enjoy being comfortable again in the house. His ability to diagnose the complicated HVAC problems and fix them with repairs to get it up and running again was awesome. Requesting Mr. Knight’s small business services again for my HVAC replacement project was the easiest I had to decision to make. I’m extremely glad for making the right decision.
