Bob could not have been more helpful. He responded almost immediately to my thumbtack request, visited our home and provided a quick estimate, and worked us into his installation schedule so that we could complete another renovation that was held up by the need for the insulation. He also communicated very well throughout and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you very much. I would definitely recommend Cimex4u based on our experience.

Bob at Cimex4u came over on time yesterday, was communicative beforehand with time arrival, price, and procedure for wildlife removal in our walls. He was flexible with dates/times. He was extremely thorough and methodical in tracking down our problem (inspecting the roof, attic, outer perimeter of the house, etc...). He explained everything along the way and educated us on what to do/look for in the future. He completely solved our problem. His flat-rate price was great, and he makes sure he provides value for what you pay for. He's the only pro I contacted, but this site sent me other pro's bids w/o me asking for them. The four pros Thumbtack sent me bid up to 4x more than Bob for the same service. I didn't feel the need to contact anyone else, as Bob's reviews were proof enough for me to choose him and not shop elsewhere. Thanks for the reviews, homeowners! Bob indeed was so nice, reliable, thorough, friendly, and his prices so good that I signed up for his mosquito season service. He doesn't try to sell additional services, but I requested it, as we have a terrible mosquito problem in DC that doesn't allow us to enjoy any outdoors during the season. I look forward to working with Bob again and I highly recommend his service for anyone looking to eliminate pests or wildlife from their home.

Pricing is estimated on a per job bases. Most job are set at fixed pricing with few exceptions. The exceptions are explained prior to starting job.

I introduce myself and explain all the details involved in resolving their particular pest issues. Most customers want to know what is involved in their specific pest issues and how it will be resolved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm licensed, so there is ongoing continuing education that I'm required to keep up with. I subscribe to several resources that keeps me current with the industry trends.
