After calling a big-name company that charged $75 to do absolutely nothing other than to tell us that our AC was working fine, yet my thermostat was reading 85 degrees, I felt hopeless. We heard about Nick through word of mouth. Not only was he willing to come out the same day, but he was willing to come out within the hour of our phone call. When he arrived, he identified the issue and immediately got to work. He also went out of his way to investigate anything that could cause future problems. As first-time home owners, we found someone who is honest, trustworthy, and affordable. In less than an hour, our home was cooling again, and with so much more insight than the big-name company offered. Thank you, Nick. Knowledgeable, punctual and personable, Nick was a life saver for us. We reached out on a Friday afternoon and he showed up Saturday morning exactly when he said he would. After having another company come out and "check" our A/C and continuing to have issues, Nick showed up listened to what my concerns were and was able to identify the problem quickly. After getting our unit squared away he continued to double check and make sure everything was running properly. I will absolutely be using Bayfront in the future for any of my HVAC needs!
