I needed new steps and a railing in the back yard, drywall repair and some other fixes last minute. RTS did a great job. They were very professional and followed up on everything.

Brian and his team were fantastic. Very professional and tidy. They were always on time and very considerate of the family. They did an amazing job. They're on my speed dial for our next improvement.

The work I handed these guys was like asking for a unicorn. In one day, they completed all work and exceeded all expectations.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have a background in construction and have been a successful business owner in other fields. I had a slew of terrible experiences getting my home renovated, so I decided to fill a need in the market. I made a list of everything I disliked in the process I went through and built my business model around this. We have seen amazing success and experiences from our clientele. Unforseen issues are going to happen in this business but it's the way that you communicate and take care of the client is the difference.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    1) Make sure they are licensed! look them up on the MHIC website. 2) You don't always get what you pay for. Just because a contractor is expensive, doesn't make them any better than the middle bid. 3)Have a real conversation with the contractors prior to hiring.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many days can you go without that specific room before it becomes a mental burden on you. There are one thousand things that can delay the process. We design a specific work flow schedule to coincide with material delivery to create the most efficient project schedule.
