First initial contact was great! Alex came the same day to give us a quote for bush trimming, mulching and grass cutting. We scheduled for our bush trimming and grass cutting. Alex and one of his men came and did a decent job. We stated that we would want ongoing service for grass cutting bi weekly. Bi weekly came and we did not receive communication. I chalked it up due to July 4th holiday and reach out to Alex. He apologized for not communicating ahead and stated he would be out Monday. Monday came and went - no call no show. I followed up with him the next day (Tuesday) and he stated due the weather, they could not come. This was a lie and the weather was not a factor. I live in Fairwood community and the day Alex was to show up, landscapers and construction workers were doing work in various places through out the day. Thanks but no thanks. This is my second occurrence where a thumbtack landscaping business is a no call no show. Smh.
