The tech Bills was terrific. He took the time assess why my refrigerator was not closing, and why the dishwasher was not draining Another tech told me Id need a new dishwasher. Biola suggested we replace the damaged control panel. In this economy, honesty and resourcefulness mean a lot. Nicola has both. Excellent service.
