- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The potential customer should always know that Ron Ron's prices varies depending on location, group size, set up/breakdown, etc. If we are just dropping off there will be a delivery fee depending on location. Taxes will be added to final total.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers are always the best because I'm adding to the Ron Ron's experience and family. Typical they contact me I respond within 24 hours and greet them to find out their specific needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking and baking all my life from grandma kitchen to my kitchen to restaurants. I finally decided 01/2019 hey jump out there on your own and been pushing ever since. I am also SafeServ certified.
