- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first cleaning typically cost more than recurring cleanings. The reason is everything needs to be cleaned the first time and it takes longer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer would be first a telephone conversation regarding the expectations of the cleanings, the time and day the customer would like to have the cleaning done, talk about pricing of the cleaning. Then walk thru the property with the homeowner and agree on pricing of cleaning. Lastly , clean property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the cleaning industry. I have been cleaning for 20 plus years. My family has owned and operated several cleaning businesses over the years.
