- What types of customers have you worked with?
Asphalt driveways and parking lots. Complete demolition or resurfacing old ones. Sealcoating and crack filling(by squeegee or machine powered) Designer sidewalks and patios. Landscape, drainage systems, grading and stoning. Parking Lines and handicap stencils(yellow or white lines with handicap blue background on all handicaps.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Good to ask question. You don't want to over pay but do believe if it sounds to good to be true it usually is. All contractors pay (give or take a dollar) same cost so it is usually safe to stay with an average competitor. If you are truly serious about getting work done, don't wait to long after your happy with your estimate to set something up because in our every day changing economy prices may not last long.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should know that in my profession (just like any profession) there are good and bad contractors. To be specific I am saying a lot of us contractors are very people friendly, hard working companies that aim to please our customers and make a honest living. It just takes one foolish contractor that makes the home owner loose all trust. So please just ask the right questions, Are you a license contractor, How long have you been in business, and my opinion, use a local in state contractor.
