Chef Traci did a Cooking Demo as a workplace team building activity to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. She was a delight to work with. From the moment I connected with her, she was responsive. She understood my needs and quickly formulated a menu for the themed event. The day of the event, she arrived early to set up and introduced herself. During the cooking demo she took the time to answer questions about cooking techniques and the recipe. She prepared Jerk Chicken Tacos with Mexican Street Corn. The food was delicious. She shared her recipes. We totally enjoyed her and would certainly invite her back for other events.
