This was an excellent experience. I was having an encapsulation under my house and as they started the work they found a leak in a pipe. They informed me they could not start the work until it was repaired, so I needed a plumber fast. When I contacted Smith's Handyman Services, he called me back within minutes and responded immediately. He was fast and did a great job. I was also able to get the encapsulation done. Thank you for your quick service and professionalism. I will be hiring him again.

Mr. Smith is an exceptionally professional technician. I first reached out to him to address a clog and low water pressure in our new house. During the inspection, he also mentioned that my hot water heater needed replacement. I asked if he could do the replacement that day, even though it wasn't planned, and he agreed. If you're unsure about hiring his company, don't hesitate. He is truly worth it, and he has earned me a new loyal customer for future services.

These guys were great. Not only did they help me accomplish the needed task, they were empathetic & compassionate while doing so. They are worth every penny, plus thousands of dollars that they saved me by spotting other problems, when another tradesman tried to cheat me.

Oleg came over on time and got right to work. Everything was clean and he fixed exactly what we needed and even fixed something else that could have caused an issue in the future. Water flow on the refrigerator is A LOT better. And parts and service has 1 year warranty. 👌🏽
