- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will try my best to work in your budget. I quote high when applicable so that there won't be any surprises. usually the final price is lower than the quote. I usually request a portion up front and the rest upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when working with a new customer I try to find out exactly what they want done. I try to address any questions or concerns that they may have in advance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing construction for 14 years. I have trained under some of the most skilled carpenters and electricians I have ever met.
