Ixin did a great job on my basement!! It was an eye sore and a wreck; which my 6 yr old niece and 9 yr old nephew called "the scary basement". Now it's a space we can be proud of again! Ixin and his team were great to work with. He was thorough and completed everything on our task list. He replaced some drywall and painted the entire basement. He was creative and helped us with some custom trim on shelves and the stairwell, and even a custom bannister. My wife and I felt very comfortable with them working in our home. We would definitely hire him again.

Mr. Peraza helped us renovate a bedroom. He removed a wall and created a new wall with two large closets. His work involved framing, dry wall, painting, installing light fixtures, and laying down vinyl flooring. Mr. Peraza was very timely, accommodating, and easy to work with. Even though I made last minute changes after the work was already almost done, Mr. Peraza made the changes I asked for with a smile and without any extra charge. We were very happy with his work and would certainly use him for future home improvement projects.
