In a word, outstanding! I was added to the schedule at the last minute due to another cancellation. Meticulous attention to detail; very careful with our older home. This was a move-in cleaning. Takara took her time and attended to the smallest of details. My home looks and smells amazing. I am ready to move in and will definitely be using Cleaner Vibes’ services again in the near future. Highly recommend!

Extremely happy with the service! Did a great job with everything! They were a 3 person team and were done in 2 hours! Even cleaned the walls and ceiling corners of dust and spiders as well as under 2 one seater recliners! House smelled cleaned - loved their cleaning products. I’m definitely thinking about having them come either once a month or every other month!

Cleaner Vibe provided the best cleaning service ever to come to our home. The cleaners were professional, motivated, thorough, very detailed and meticulous in their work. Each room in our house when they finished looked so immaculate I didn’t want go in to mess it up with living. The made every top, counter, refrigerator, bed closet, windows, cabinets look highly organized, and clean. They did not shot cut any area and did not leave until every room was done. This is a AAA service. Their presence, work, and cleaning made our home fill refreshed and renewed. Thank you Vibe cleaners for your outstanding job.

The team was very responsive, messaging me late in the evening on a weekend to make sure that everything was correct. The price for a deep cleaning seemed high for 2 hours (which is what the website form stated). They confirmed that a deep cleaning was 4 hours. Payment was fast, modern and easy. The day of cleaning the team arrived between the 8-10 am window. They were professional and nice to my family and patient with my overly friendly dog. While they could speak minimal English, they knew what they were doing. After 3 hours only 1 floor was done and we were concerned that they would leave after 4 hours. No, they stayed for almost 6 hours! They work to the job and not to the hour. Good value and my house looks great. I will be hiring them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different pricing packages based on the type of clean required. Our Move-in/Move Out packages are priced differently from our deep cleaning and then our Standard cleans. We have first time client, Veteran discounts amongst others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to understand if our new clients require a deep/standard cleaning based on conversation either via thumbtack or the follow-up call/text. We share a checklist of what would be covered in each clean, schedule the clean and then follow up with them after cleaning is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners have undergone extensive training and have 10-20 years of experience cleaning residential and commercial spaces
