- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Company minimum is $25. There are a number of factors like fences and obstacles so each property is different. Generally speaking we offer the best value. We also offer our clients monthly unlimited service options as well. Get 4 cuts for the price of 3! Check out our discounts on initial cuts with recurring sign up! Not to mention our customer referral program!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We walk the property pointing out obstacles and a chance for the customer to tell me what they really want out of their lawn care company. The new customer gets a written estimate right there on the spot and we can do the first cut that same day in most cases.
