FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Notarization fees per signature are set by the State of Maryland, and I follow those state-regulated rates. A separate travel fee may apply based on your location. There are no hidden costs, and I provide clear estimates upfront. Discounts may be available for multiple documents or repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers is simple and seamless. I start by confirming the type of document you need notarized and the required identification. Next, we schedule a convenient appointment time and location. During the appointment, I review the document, verify your identity, and complete the notarization. I’m always available to answer questions and ensure the process is smooth and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Maryland and hold a current TIPIC (Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor) license. I also bring 10 years of compliance experience, which strengthens my attention to detail and ensures accuracy in every signing. In addition, I have completed professional notary and loan signing training to stay current with Maryland laws and industry best practices.
