Jon came along to host our private family birthday BBQ. The food was outstanding, and he provided great and entertaining company as well. We all had such a good time - I can't recommend Jon highly enough. Working with Jon beforehand over the menu was easy as well - he was open to making changes and adapting it to our needs. Really really good all round. And a great price. If only we could've eaten it all!

Jon came up with an excellent menu for a 4 course dinner for my family using many of the in season fruits, vegetables and fish native to Florida. The food was excellent, the service superb and the clean up perfect. Jon has a very outgoing personality and went out of his way to make our dinner memorable. I would highly recommend him as a personal chef or caterer. He also has an outstanding BBQ business so he can cover all of the bases!

Jon was great to work with. He's very enthusiastic about cooking and putting together a menu and preparing for it. He and his sous-chef were lovely and cooked up a wonderful Thanksgiving menu. Highlight was sweet potato mash with pecans, garlic mashed potatoes, turkey / gravy of course, stuffing and lovely vegetable sides! Presentation was great and we had a wonderful and stress-less Thanksgiving.
