Introduction: My area of focus is Functional Training. It is the foundation to any training modality. I help you understand movement patterns and how to use your body effectively to maximize results. I connect with clients on a personal level as I have been in their shoes at one point in time. I keep the workouts progressive and challenging so you NEVER get bored or plateau. I have established long term relationships with many clients having been with many of them on average 1.5 yrs or longer. I am passionate about what I do and my clients see and experience that as well. I have experience working with those who have had weight loss and orthopedic surgery. I love sharing my own fit journey both past and present with clients so they see I’m just like them. I love helping others get on track to accomplish their goals. Best of all I do not see this as just job- I honestly wake up everyday excited to interact with my clients and have fun. There is nothing more fulfilling than doing something you absolutely love to do and I am fortunate enough to do it!

BEST trainer ever!!! I always have so much fun working with Ki, it's like working out with a friend; and the sessions never get boring. Before her, I used to be mostly dormant due to health and knee issues, but after a few sessions, I actually started to enjoy the process and got into the grove of working out. I'm so thankful I found her!

Ki is a great trainer. She's encouraging and keeps you focused on your goals. She also varied the workouts so I never got bored. I lost 25 lbs, 3% body fat and gained muscle in our short time together. I would highly recommend her to anyone ready for a change in their body and mind!

If you are looking for a GREAT trainer don't look any further! You've found her. When I initially met Ki she told me "I train many of my clients at HOME and bring the gym to YOU! I specialize in Tabata, HIIT, Yoga/Pilates, Boxing, Balance, Strength Training, Corrective Stretching, Breathing Cadence (just to name a few). My workouts are never boring. They are always fun and different!" She stood by EVERY word she stated. Her workouts were never boring and they were always different & fun. I always assumed you needed a full gym for a total body workout...not with Ki. She made magic happen every Tuesday & Thursday in a small space in my living room. If you have stairs in your home be ready they will become your frienemy! Thank you Ki for a great experience! I look forward to working with you again!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Initially, we will speak by phone or if you wish, meet in-person. We'll talk about your history and goals. I provide materials to provide guidance on nutrition and maintenance. I only seek to work with clients who are SERIOUS about training. Although I love to have fun I take my job and training time seriously.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    NASM and continued education.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Started with wanting to make a change in my life. I had always been active and athletic but slowly started packing on the pounds. I was overweight and tired of it. Fell back in love with the rigor of exercise and healthy eating. I decided to take it on seriously and made the best career change ever!
