I couldn't fill all the buttons to describe this company Black Knights but I had a very good interaction with the whole team, the value for my project was great the response when I text or email was excellent. this company was so great with my project I've had another done and working on my 3rd project; this company has all hands on deck whatever project you need help with from asbestos to carpet to next my deck! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is the most competitive in the region and are solely based on size of the area, type of material (friable, meaning it’s easy to crumble, versus non-friable, such at mastic & tiles) and disposals fees. Prices include testing, containment, safe removal, and legal disposal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically recommend an onsite inspection over pictures because it allows us to physically see the area that requires abatement and it also helps to alleviate any fears, while answering any questions that customers may be feeling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our supervisors and workers complete extensive asbestos abatement training and yearly refresher courses to include the EPA AHERA Model Accreditation Plan, OSHA 30 certification, CPR training and operations and maintenance training.
