- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically the diagnostic fee is $89 but it is waived if the customer moves forward with the recommendations made to repair the system or equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an appointment to evaluate the system. Typically an $89 diagnostic fee is charged and should the customer go with the repair that $89 is waived. Typically we offer same day service and repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Technicians and Installers go through continued training. All employees are certified and some have additional training and certifications as needed.
