Eric Installed new attic steps and also 2 bathroom vent exhaust fans. Very efficient and knowledgable. Will definitely use again and will pass his name onto others.

Eric kept me posted on when he would arrive to haul away some bulk trash for me. He was pleasant and polite and did a great job. Was on time and worked quickly. Would not hesitate to contact him again if I need help.

Eric power washed my house and did an excellent job. What I appreciated most was his honesty in his pricing. Three companies (including Eric's) gave me prices and Eric came in at the best price initially. After I declined doing business with the other two companies, the one came back with a lower price (on two separate occasions) with a decrease in price of over $100. Obviously, that company was overcharging. I will definitely use Eric again in the future.

Eric repaired a loose wooden railing on an indoor staircase, which another handyman had told us only a specialist could do. Eric's carpentry experience came in handy here. He did good work, was polite, and charged a reasonable rate. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
