I was initially hopeful after reaching out to Testas Handyman & Construction Services for a partition wall, interior door, and dog door installation. Gennaro came out promptly, took measurements, and provided a quote. Since the dog door was a unique product, he said he wanted to research it first, so I sent him all the information he needed.

After four days, I followed up to see if he had a chance to look into it. I also asked about a few additional projects around my home and his availability to complete the work we had already discussed. He asked me to send over the additional items so he could research those as well and said he would get back to me that evening.

Unfortunately, I never heard back. I followed up again five days later and still didn’t receive a response. While my initial interaction was positive and he seemed knowledgeable, the lack of communication afterward was disappointing. Even if the project wasn’t something they wanted to take on, I would have appreciated a response so I could move forward with another contractor.
