What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on current material and labor pricing which we update monthly.
We offer discounts on occasion generally based on current promotions.
We do have a fee for projects requiring design and or extensive assessment of exiting condition (i.e. kitchens, baths, basement, additions).
Fees are relative to the required time required of professional design and consultations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process includes :
- first contact (usually a phone call to discuss the project to ensure that your project, our services and expertise are a good fit).
- site visit which may involve a consultation fee on a case-by-case basis. You will be informed of any pending fees (if any) prior to our visit.
- Estimate will be provided based on known information at the timer of the estimate
- Deposit based on the project material values.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
35 years of experience as a full-service general contractor with services ranging from full "ground up" design-build projects to remodeling.
