Came to my house and found that the line from my septic tank to my distribution box was collapsed. He then proceeded to dig and found the d-box was partially blocked going to my drain field. Mr. Sheaffer cleared the blockage from my tank and also replaced the broken pipe. He was very prompt and professional. I will be using him in the future and have recommended Mr. Sheaffer to several of my friends.
