Working with Josette was a breeze. I run a company called remodelmate, home improvement marketplace that lets customers book and manage their renovation through our website. I found Josette when we decided to launch our Concierge service, which is designed to have remodelmate find and work directly with your architect, get plans finalized and permits issued so that as a busy homeowner, you don’t have to. Concierge also designs your renovation, in this case a 184 sq. ft. addition with large casement windows and cedar shiplap siding on the exterior and hardwood flooring (throughout the new family room) and the tile, paint and fixtures for the new bathroom that would be in the interior of this new space. As a business owner, I took a risk taking on so much responsibility to deliver this experience to my customer, luckily Josette helped me deliver on every aspect of the experience we promised to the customer and we were able to knock out the $45K addition UNDER budget and on time. I look forward to working with Josette on future projects and recommend her to prospective clients WITH PRIDE.

Josette, was fast, responsive and accurate. I had a real quick turn around project of a total house renovation in Washington DC and she managed to deliver everything within my time frame which was just about two weeks, with everything looking fabulous. She was able to respond pretty much any time of the day ( wow!) Well worth the money. and a joy to work with.
