FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is actually very simple. We book the group in a 4 piece configuration (guitar, bass, keys, drums, all male vocals), 5 piece (add female vocal or sax player) or 6 piece (add both female vocals and sax). We also have options for cocktail hours or ceremony music and ceremony sound support, extra full band performance hours, and early setup. Everything else is included in the price (equipment, travel, lodging, announcements, etc)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send out guidelines to review and discuss: Things like the bridal party announcement lists, schedule of the events, rooms layout, break music and such. It's very helpful for someone who has never had to go through a wedding reception process before.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of us has had years of music background, both through schooling and performances. In addition, some of our day job work history is very helpful in dealing with the various technologies we use on and off stage.
