- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All the details matter and help me, help you put together the best event possible with my food expertise. Having knowledge on the food preferences, decor, venue, type of event, number of guests, etc. all give a clear description of what to expect. With this in mind, I ask that you first head on over to our "The Serving Spoon" tab on our website and fill out our Order Form. Afterward owner, Gabrielle Jenkins, will have a sit down consultation, or a phone call with you to confirm all details of the event. A menu will be created or you might have picked one already developed. Quotes, estimates, and contracts will be finalized and a final invoice will be provided once both parties have agreed on a menu, price, and style of service. Ultimately, every client is different so the experience varies for all clients!
