Yonas was our technician. He was very good about letting me know his arrival status, especially when he got stuck in rush-hour traffic, was friendly and very polite, put booties on to cover his shoes before he even stepped foot on my floors, and as soon as I told him what my daughter had said was going on, i.e., our AC unit was short cycling, he knew exactly what to do and where to go on our unit. He showed me the parts that had gone bad (and pointed to what he was talking about so I could see it for myself), explained what had happened and what needed to be done to get us up and running, including adding coolant. He is very knowledgeable and was very careful with his work and we were able to have our unit fixed same day (within a couple of hours, and that included discussing costs and options, him emailing my other daughter a quote for all the work, and answering all our questions) instead of him coming back another day to actually do the repairs. This is a small family-owned and run business and after today they have a customer for life. I highly recommend them!!

In June 2026, my air-conditioning unit unexpectedly went out. A friend of mine referred Yonnas, with AHS. AHS was able to provide me with a very good price, were able to come by in a few days, and did an outstanding job replacing my air-conditioning unit in furnace. The team was very professional courteous and did a wonderful job. They explained everything extremely well cleaned up after themselves and removed all of the garbage. Upon completion, they explained everything that was done. Provided a factory warranty in the and assured me they would be returning in a few months to check on my units, which they did. I am very happy with the service provided by AHS and I highly recommend them!
