Levar and his team have been great to work with. His guys are on time and their work is done correctly the 1st time. Like all contractors some minor direction was necessary to make sure things were done to my expectations, but it is a night and day experience from my last electrician. Passed the final electrical inspection without any problems. I have decided to use Levar's company on 4 other whole home projects. Great find. Contract process is a little scary, but he will make changes based upon your requests if within reason. Just communicate your concerns. He uses Docusign and Quickbooks for payment which is professional and a breeze. Company had their own branded L. Clarke Electric trucks, it's a professional operation. Doesn't negotiate much on pricing which turned out to be ok since the quality is good. Recommendation from experience. Be involved in your project. Don't just sit back on autopilot for best results. He/team communicates very well through calls and text messages. Native English speakers so no communication barrier problems. Personal Baltimore flipper experience, trying to pick the cheapest price can cause you serious problems. Levar identified missing Arc Fault breakers and other problems which he fixed from a previous "licensed" electrician that was cutting corners. He doesn't. Outstanding experience so far.

Lavar and his crew were amazing!!!! HE went above and beyond his call of duty!!! He is very patient and listens to everything you ask. His crew showed up on time the first day and needed to come back the second day and they were ten minutes early! He did a great job that I passed along his information to all my neighbors! If I need anything electrical done in the house again he will be the first and only guy I call! HIs prices are amazing too!! We can't say enough good things about him and his crew!! Don't go anywhere else!!! My wife was extremely happy with the work he did and that is very important!! Lavar is the Man!! Use these guys! FYI - He put recessed lighting in three rooms and took care of replacing two other lights that I was not even thinking about. He and his team know what they are doing! I have an older house so needed to do extra wiring and they took care of all of that. If he had any questions he would call / text me. If I had any questions or concerns he would respond and call me right back! Great to have someone who is very responsive and cares about the work for you!! I would give him 100 stars if I can!
