I contacted Monique at a time when I needed unbiased expert advice regarding dating and relationships. My coaching sessions with Monique exceeded my expectations. She helped me address my current concerns and helped to put me on a path to look beyond those concerns. Monique has a unique way of ensuring that you "shine the light" (so to speak) upon yourself, so that by the end of the each session you learn or are made more aware of things about yourself. What I particularly liked is how Monique not only focused on romantic relationships but she also covered the full spectrum: relationships with family and friends; short and long term life goals, etc. Monique is very personable and I was very comfortable expressing myself to and with her. I liked that she arranged the sessions to take place in a social atmosphere versus an office setting. I would definitely recommend Monique and personally consult with her again if there is a future need.
