From the moment we visited their spacious showroom in Ellicott City to choose the perfect quartz slabs, to the final installation, everything was completed in less than three weeksjust as promised. Their upfront pricing was very reasonable, and they kept us informed every step of the way. The installation team worked quickly and left the space spotless. Im giving Decor Kitchen & Bath 5 stars for their excellent attention to detail and outstanding customer service. We had three other companies quote us for our bathroom remodel. Decor Kitchen & Bath wasnt the cheapest, but they immediately impressed me by identifying errors and demonstrating professionalism, along with a clear plan for how to do the job right.Remodeling a bathroom while living in the house is never easy, but they did everything possible to make it manageable, including reframing a rotten wall and controlling noise and dust as much as possiblewhich I truly appreciated. The different trades working on the project were friendly, professional, and organized. My bathroom is now remodeled to my complete satisfaction, and I will definitely hire Decor Kitchen & Bath again.
