We are a family owned and operated business serving Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Howard, Montgomery counties. Our services include residential and commercial work. We finish and remodel basements, kitchens, and bathrooms, complete electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, and exterior projects such as decks. We are happy to do a list of small jobs around the house as well: drywall repair and paint, electric repair and fixture installation (wall mounted lights, recessed lights, ceiling fans), plumbing, deck and fence repair and more. Didn't actually get a quote as he gave me his number and his mailbox was full. He did call me back a few minutes later but had no idea who I was and I had to remind him about the project. Was pleasent enough but designed to get quotes from people who are more organized.

Scott is a friendly and efficient worker, which I truly appreciate. However, communication was a challenge, likely due to our language differences. To enhance the overall experience, it would be beneficial if he handled permits and paperwork before starting the site work. Additionally, being more proactive in following up on project status would greatly improve the process. With these adjustments, I believe the collaboration could be even more successful.

The improvement company changed all the ceiling lights and also inspected the property and gave me recommendations on what should be verified. I am extremely satisfied with the work done.
